AssetWorks has been upgraded - as a part of the upgrade the server/url has changed which would affect if you had your password saved for the site.

If you had your password saved and do not remember it, clerks can currently reset passwords.

(If a clerk is unavailable at a shop, clerks at other shops may also reset passwords across shops.)
